Mario Movie 2022 trailer, Nintendo has shared the first trailer for the long-awaited “Super Mario Bros. Movie”, an action-packed movie featuring an incredible cast. With Chris Pratt as Mario and Jack Black as Bowser, fans are excited to see how this movie will go down. More than 600,000 viewers watched the premiere on Nintendo of America’s YouTube channel, and the trailer was simulcast at New York Comic Con.
Although the trailer was short, it did not disappoint. We finally got to hear Chris Pratt’s voice appear in the animated version of Mario, and it was fun. Also, Keegan-Michael Key has killed him as a toad, blaming Mario for mistaking him for a mushroom. Does a toad have a personality? Shit yes
The Mario Movie 2022 trailer opens with Bowser back with his bull, trying to steal our stars as we play “Mario Party.” The Koopa Troopas – which are regular soldiers, true to their name – follow Bowser to a snowy castle, where he demands that they open the door. Some penguins try to throw snowballs at him to protect their domain, but their efforts are futile.

Meanwhile, Black seems to be resolute in his role as Mario’s fearsome villain. “Do you have any idea how long it took me to learn to breathe fire?” Black deadpan and a pre-recorded video, which plays alongside the trailer. “I got to learn from Gene Simmons of Kiss!”
To quote our own Greg Kumparak, “Bowser is menacing!” Mario is played by Chris Pratt.
He spoke the truth. We’re introduced to Mario emerging from a warp pipe into a mushroom-infested fantasy land, only to land unknowingly in a lonely field. So far, Chris Pratt’s Mario looks more like Andy Dwyer than Star-Lord, and we love it. “It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to be Mario,” Pratt said before the trailer aired.
He remembers spending hours of his life chasing Koopas in the original Mario arcade game at his local laundromat. We didn’t see any other performances from the star-studded cast, including Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, and former TechCrunch Disrupt speaker Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong. Maybe we will see them in the second drive!
